Context:

Within the Shared Services Center Operations of Degroof Petercam, we strive to offer best in class, efficient services to our internal and external clients.

Degroof Petercam's Shared Services Center Operations is looking to hire a Data Analyst who can lead our ambition of 'data driven culture'.

As a Data Analyst, you will be evaluating and improving business reporting, business processes and deliverables using data analytics.

You will support and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on a wide range of business topics including:

- data collection & management for business & regulatory purposes
- data visualization & reporting automation

You understand the data needs within the department, whether it concerns data quality, master data management, data integration or business intelligence & analytics.

Your Position:

Supporting the business data stakeholders in identifying and defining critical data and KPIs.
Taking the ownership of controlling, monitoring and improving data quality to meet established KPIs.
Take an active role in the generation, controlling and continuous improvement of regulatory operational reporting, like EMIR, MIFIR
Working in the operational mode in combination with structured projects.
Communicating effectively across the organization to establish data priorities and review requirements.
Presenting outputs and insights in visual forms, info graphics and/or dashboards.

Your Profile:

You hold a Master degree or have evidence of equivalent practical experience.
You have a proven track record of project management/implementation and gained work experience in a data analysis related field
You have experience with PowerBI and have the ability to analyze existing tools and databases.
You have analytical skills and are solutiondriven, with a strong focus on generating added business value with the governed data.
You have strong communication skills, both written and oral; you are at ease with communicating to alle levels of the company.
Ideally, you benefit from a prior experience in financial institutions, banking or asset management.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
