ICF Next is one of Europe's leading integrated communication agencies, specialising in large-scale campaigns across the European Union.

We are looking for an innovative, dynamic team player to fill the position of Information Architect/Content Expert. This role would be based at one of our client's premises.

Responsibilities:

Analyses business goals and user needs, and develops relevant digital content strategies
Contributes to definition of the structure of websites considering the vision for the site as a whole
Reviews the architecture and navigation of future and existing websites and web pages/sections and creates links to other online platforms
Defines and implements editorial strategies, schedules, guidelines and tools over the full content life cycle
Creates and edits high quality content
Defines key themes and messages, tone, content purpose, content gaps, SEO, content channels, workflows and governance of content for specific projects
Ensures consistent and timely publication of content
Identifies achievable KPIs and measurement tools for content strategy, creates reports
Analyses user feedback to help inform and improve content strategy

Requirements:

9 years of relevant work experience
Indepth knowledge of content strategy
Knowledge of general web architecture and interaction of various online platforms
Knowledge of useroriented architecture, usability and usercentred design
Web publishing skills in the EC environment
Strong editing and writing for the web skills, incl. search engine optimisation techniques
English: Understanding (C2), Speaking (C2), Writing (C2)
French: Understanding (B2), Speaking (B2), Writing (B2)
