The Interventional Systems division provides high quality, cutting-edge solutions for cardiac and vascular surgery, and interventional procedures performed inside blood vessels.

We pursue therapies that minimize physical burden on patients. We offer diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for coronary and peripheral diseases, and oncological indications.


Job Summary:


You are a
recognized leader, with a strong track record of Go-to-Market, Digital Transformation, and Solutions building in EMEA, valuing differences, being inclusive, promoting growth mindset in yourself and your team.

You will be
responsible for all Business Transformation initiatives in line with our Strategic Plan "GS26" priorities and our business objectives.

You will work with peers to develop and implement the strategic plan for EMEA;
transforming to anticipate healthcare needs and TIS GS26 plans, with the main objective of ensuring a successful transformation for the EMEA TIS business from devices to solutions, across the full patient care continuum, including digital health solutions; and working towards personalized medicine.

Your challenge will be to develop and drive
customer value-based services and solutions to enhance customer experience; and bring incremental growth and value.

In this context, you will need to balance strategy and execution.

You will drive the commercial change to succeed in today and tomorrow's environment working in close collaboration with the geographies business leaders
:Ensuring best in class KAM / Hybrid and Inside sales capabilities as well as Targeted Services and Solutions for the different customer segments.

part of the EMEA TIS leadership team, and you will be a major contributor to the EMEA results and strategic plan.


Responsibilities:


1.Building relationships and using influence
You effectively collaborate in an international environment, across different stakeholders from commercial to functions to the whole value chain.

You build trust and respect by building sustainable relationships with a multitude of stakeholders: colleagues, (in EMEA and global), with customers, (clinical and non-clinical) and suppliers.

Go to market transformation and solution building:


Your role will be to ensure our TIS EMEA organization can be a preferred partner, with world class organization and innovative / differentiated services & solutions across customer segments and in the different geographies; and ultimately drive incremental growth and value for the region.

You will drive and support the continued transformation of the Sales & Marketing organization role in partnership with Sales and Marketing leaders and the Commercial Excellence team with an initial focus on developing KAM capabilities and related service & solution offering for both clinical and non-clinical clients; including C-suite; as well as medium and small accounts services and solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting the standard for internal competencies, ensuring our commercial organization is enabled and equipped to drive business growth and execution; and create and implement a differentiated end to end customer experience leveraging our digital ecosystem.

You will drive the internal change management to convert Terumo IS from a pure device to a total solution provider and, as such, a strategic long-term partner for customers.

You will support the geography business leaders in strategy execution to generate incremental revenue growth and value for the region.

You will identify appropriate business models and digital health solutions to prepare Terumo IS for the future.
