Ben jij klaar voor de volgende stap in jouw carrière? Als technisch specialist in de Life Science-sector werk je aan technologieën die levens verbeteren. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van systemen voor bijvoorbeeld geneesmiddelenproductie, medische apparatuur en biotechnologie. Jouw werk is cruciaal voor het succes van deze projecten.Verantwoordelijkheden
Beheren van een portfolio aan facility-gerelateerde projecten binnen R&D en Utilities
Volledige projectverantwoordelijkheid van scoping tot oplevering (A-Z)
Opstellen van project scope, budgetramingen en planning
Conceptuele uitwerking van projecten; detailengineering wordt uitgevoerd door discipline engineers en experten
Aansturen en opvolgen van externe vendors, contractors en leveranciers
Stakeholder management over verschillende afdelingen heen
Bewaken van budget (OPEX) en voortgang
Actief aanwezig zijn in het veld voor inspecties, opvolging en kwaliteitscontrole
Coördineren van multidisciplinaire werkzaamheden (mechanisch, elektrisch, HVAC, utilities, gebouwen)
Waken over compliance binnen een gereguleerde omgeving (GMP-context)
Rapporteren aan facility management
Vereisten
Aantoonbare projectervaring binnen een industriële omgeving (must)
Ervaring binnen pharma, food & beverages (must)
Ervaring met brownfield- of maintenance-gerelateerde projecten
Kennis van GMP-omgevingen
Ervaring met SAP en/of COMET
Ervaring met budgetbeheer en leveranciersmanagement
Multidisciplinaire projectervaring (utilities, gebouwen, installaties)
Senior profiel met voldoende maturiteit om zelfstandig een portfolio te beheren
Nederlands: verplicht
Engels: professioneel niveau
Zeer proactieve houding
Bereidheid om actief op site aanwezig te zijn (geen pure kantoorfunctie)
Sterke communicator die mensen kan meenemen en alignment creëert
Vastberaden en resultaatgericht
Stakeholdergericht en diplomatisch
Hands-on mentaliteit gecombineerd met conceptueel denkvermogen
