The Change Manager contributes in defining, executing, monitoring and supervising changes related to the digital business transformation. This includes change of culture, business processes, technology and organization.

He/she plays a crucial role in ensuring that Elia Group's staff members embrace the change and ensures that change initiatives are designed and implemented on time and within budget.

He/she consults with management to conceive and draft change plans, that can be implemented fast and with minimum staff members' resistance.


Profiel
Change design and implementation & communications

Work together with HR, change and communication teams and the business in order to:
Orchestrate, support, prepare and enable change management strategies, transformation roadmaps and change plans to support a digital and agile transformation of the organization (with impact on processes, technology and people)

Perform people impact analysis

Contribute in the implementation of the change plan together with the related teams

Identify and solve main road-blockers of the transformation

Orchestrate, support, feed and enable the global change communication plan and provide transparency along the change journey. Support the different people involved in the transformation in their change approach & implementation.

Coach teams on storytelling and impactful change communications.
