We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team to develop and execute a strategy for organic business growth.

The goals of the Growth Marketing Specialist are to drive acquisition, activation, increase customer experience and satisfaction across all owned and earned touch-points.

As the Growth Specialist you will:

Ensure the procurement of qualitative content to address the needs of our customers and prospects.
Develop an overall strategy with emphasis on SEO and SEA. Identify and prioritise top opportunities, and ensure alignment across communication, and marketing teams through effective communication and actionable recommendations.
Drive, communicate and evangelise innovative, highimpact Organic Growth plans across audience channels.
Understand prospects and customer pain points and develop a userfirst content experience through skilled analysis by addressing their needs.
Manage endtoend performance marketing across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral).
Own the organic growth strategy, from concept to completion.
Understanding of traditional and emerging channels used for acquiring and retaining customers, including some combination of SEO, Social, Video, and offline channels.
Build out our organic acquisition strategy; report on and calculate the success of (e.g., revenue, ROI, customer satisfaction, etc.), and make recommendations for improvement.
Own demand generation efforts that support our sales team and drive MQL's.
Partner with internal and external teams to optimise content marketing initiatives on and offsite.
Partner with data specialists teams to ensure analytics are accurately tracking marketing efforts.

**Description du profil

Qualifications

You are passionate about Marketing and Marketing tech. You keep up to date with the industry, its latest trends, and platforms.
You ideally have one to three years' experience working with multiple marketing functions such as branding and content and can connect the dots between programmes to create comprehensive marketing campaigns.

Proven leadership skills with a strong work ethic and an ambitious, stress resistant and hands-on personality.

You can engage with senior and middle management.
You are able to manage projects with multiple stakeholders across different locations / backgrounds delivering tangible results.
You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
