- A strong background of ServiceNow knowledge
- Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture
- Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
- Two other ServiceNow disciplines (CIS in CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM etc.)
- ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation
- Involvement in environment and platform health support (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security)

Job Description
We are looking for a trusted technical advisor for our clients digital transformation journey with ServiceNow.
In your role as a Platform Architect , your expertise in successful ServiceNow projects will be a strong asset to make informed technical decisions that align with a client's desired business outcomes. You will play a key role in raising the bar on quality and continuously promote the growth and development of the many teams by acting as both a mentor and coach.
In addition to your technical expertise, it is essential to possess demonstrated experience in management consulting and professional services, enabling you to go beyond technical matters and provide comprehensive support.
