Role Overview:

Join our dynamic Service Delivery team as a Junior Software Testing Specialist.

Collaborating closely with Developers, Project Managers / Product Owners, and other Stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful release of software into production through meticulous manual and automated testing.

This position contributes to the overall enhancement and efficiency of business processes, systems, and technology from inception to post-implementation phase.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software offerings.

Responsibilities:

Develop, revise, and uphold high-quality testing standards and procedures.

Offer assistance in documenting software changes for necessary updates or corrections.

Curate and maintain a comprehensive testing library within Azure DevOps.

Aid in educating and training IT support teams about software enhancements and corrective actions.

Contribute to the formulation of testing methodologies to ensure readiness for software releases.

Create and manage test models for release testing, including test plans, data, and scripts.

Collaborate in planning, establishing, and managing test environments.

Define Release Test Plans and establish user acceptance criteria, encompassing entry/exit benchmarks.

Actively engage in the project lifecycle by supporting Project Managers and Business Analysts in defining Acceptance Criteria.

Profile:

Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Competencies:

Rapidly grasp new technologies and tools, particularly cloud-based or SaaS solutions.

Detail-oriented with adept time management skills and a clear sense of priorities.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Proficient in data collection and analysis.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Demonstrate clear and concise professional written and verbal communication skills, evidenced by thorough documentation.

Familiarity with Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies using the Azure DevOps platform.

Effective collaboration with development teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python, as well as familiarity with low-code solutions.

Familiarity with the Ranorex Automated Testing suite is a plus.

Language Skills:
Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in other languages (French, Dutch, German, Swedish & Danish) is an advantageous asset.
