Main objectives:

Management and control of purchasing activities relating to your commodities, the ultimate goal being Quality material delivered On-time and at the Right price.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Management and control of purchasing activities

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Purchasing

Expedites and follows up the purchase until the products and services are delivered.
Discusses any defects of purchased goods with Quality Department and Suppliers.
Monitor vendor quality and delivery performance and issues supplier performance measurement reports.

Storage Management

Manage Inventory levels to achieve targets on excess and inactive inventory.
Review all leadtime that in turn will lead to reductions on or below inventory standards.
