    Sciensano verbindt gezondheid, wetenschap en samenleving en telt meer dan 900 medewerkers die zich elke dag opnieuw inzetten voor de gezondheid van mens en dier. Zoals uit onze naam blijkt, vormen wetenschap en gezondheid de kern van ons bestaan. De kracht van Sciensano ligt in de holistische en multidisciplinaire benadering van gezondheid. Onze aandacht gaat daarbij uit naar het nauwe en onlosmakelijke verband tussen de gezondheid van mensen en die van dieren, en hun omgeving (het "One health" concept). Daarom combineren we meerdere invalshoeken in ons onderzoek om op een unieke manier bij te dragen aan ieders gezondheid. Sciensano kan hiervoor verder bouwen op de meer dan 100 jaar wetenschappelijke expertise van het voormalige Centrum voor Onderzoek in Diergeneeskunde en Agrochemie (CODA) en het vroegere Wetenschappelijk Instituut Volksgezondheid (WIV).     Functiebeschrijving

    Je controleert en doet de financiële follow-up van budgetten waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent

    Je geeft financiële ondersteuning bij de opmaak van een begroting

    Je werkt nauw samen met de wetenschappelijke diensten / ondersteunende diensten.

    Je assisteert in de opmaak van de jaarlijkse budgetten.

    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verslaglegging van de projecten waarvoor u verantwoordelijk bent.

    Je zorgt voor het aanleveren van relevante informatie en rapporteringen en bespreekt deze samen met

    de projectverantwoordelijke

    Je leest de contracten na en controleert de budgettaire cijfers

    Je helpt je collega's en bent hun back-up bij afwezigheden

    Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke Budget en Contract management.

    Je werkt de personeelsdatabase bij door mensen aan het juiste project te koppelen

    Je volgt de aanwervingen op en de wijzigingen in de personeelsbezetting Profiel

    Bachelor of Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

    Ervaring in financiële opvolging van projecten is een pluspunt

    Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden

    Teamplayer die een vlotte samenwerking uitbouwt binnen en buiten de eigen afdeling

    Goede kennis van Excel (Pivot table...)

    Generieke competenties : klantgericht; zin voor initiatief; analytisch, probleemoplossend

    Talen : Nederlands, Frans en Engels

    Plus : kennis van boekhouding en kennis van de berekening van personeelskosten
