The Indirect Procurement Officer will have the following responsibility:

• You will oversee the entirety of the tendering process, adapting your involvement as needed depending on project complexity.
• You will implement effective negotiation strategies to secure the most advantageous outcomes.
• You will proactively identify internal customer's procurement requirements through meticulous data analysis and regular communication.
• You will facilitate market expansion by accurately assessing internal demand and generating interest from potential suppliers in a timely manner.
• You will Revising technical and commercial specifications based on internal client's needs.
• You will manage ongoing contracts throughout their duration, addressing any issues or negotiations in collaboration with the right stakeholders.

The Indirect Procurement Officer has the following profile:

• You hold a master's degree in industrial sciences, applied economic sciences, or an equivalent field
• You have at least three years of professional procurement experience, preferably from an industrial sector
• YOu have exisiting experience in Indirect Procurement
• You are fluent in both Dutch and French, with a proficient command of English.
• You have strong negotiation techniques, any knowledge with public tendering is a plus.
• You possess strong written communication skills, particularly in composing contractual documents.
• You exhibit proactive, assertive, diplomatic, and solution-oriented characteristics.
• You thrive as a team player, showcasing exceptional organisational abilities and resilience in handling pressure.
• You have strong excel skills as well as SAP
