    Director, Global Quality Programs

    Datwyler's success relies heavily on its ability to ensure the highest standards of quality across all operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing global quality strategies that drive excellence.



    Job Description:

    • You will oversee the design, governance, and continuous improvement of Datwyler's global quality management system (QMS).
    • As the primary quality interface to customers and regulatory authorities, you will ensure alignment with industry regulations such as GMP, ISO, FDA, and EU guidelines.



    1. Serving customer-oriented communication support for new product introductions in collaboration with customer-facing teams is one critical area of responsibility.

    2. The development of organizational processes which are embedded into product requirements based on systematically captured customer qualities requirements another aspect.

    3. A further core element includes representing Datwyler at GxP audits in general.
