- Je bent werkzaam binnen zowel het individueel als collectief arbeidsrecht en zal diverse klanten adviseren in complexe en uitdagende dossiers;
- Samen met je team ga je je cliënten verder helpen inzake Europees arbeidsrecht, arbeidsreglementen, sociale zekerheid alsook het sociaal strafrecht;
- Je vertegenwoordigt je klanten voor hoven en rechtbanken;
- Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team junior advocaten;
- Naast de arbeidsrechtelijke dossiers, sta je ook in voor het sociaal zekerheidsrecht aangevuld met een internationale dimensie.
- Je behaalde een master rechten en hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in het sociaal recht ;
- Kwalitatief , proactief en structureel te werk gaan, is voor jou vanzelfsprekend;
- Je bent een vlotte communicator en haalt het beste in jouw teamleden naar boven.
- Je krijgt de kans om aan de slag te gaan met uitdagende en boeiende dossiers ;
- Kom dagelijks in contact met gereputeerde klanten en werk samen in een multidisciplinair team om de klant te adviseren;
