Thales Belgium, which employs more than 280 collaborators, is specialized in the design, development and supply of critical information systems for customers in the sectors of Defense, Security (including Cyber) and Aerospace.

Thales Belgium SA (Tubize Site) is looking for a:

Configuration Manager

Responsibilities:

As Configuration Manager, you will focus on our Cryptography Solution. You will be accountable for the Definition and Implementation of the Configuration Management system. You will also insure the consistency of information in the configuration management system. You will also be responsible for the establishment of reference baselines.

Main tasks:

Tailors the Configuration Management system, process and tools to ensure traceability, quality and productivity from design to production.
Participates, with respect to the criteria, in the selection of Configuration Items selected for configuration monitoring
Animates, organises and manages the Configuration Control Board (CCB) as well as pre and post CCB activities (including administrative tasks).
Participates in the phase reviews (PDR, CDR, etc) and in configuration audits (FCA and PCA)

Profile:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a configuration management role
Experience in Defence, Aerospace or Automotive industry is a plus
Experience with a PLM is a plus
Selfmotivated, taking ownership and driving topics to fulfill company mission
Rigorous, wellorganized and finisher mindset
Good interpersonal and good communication skills towards stakeholders
Fluent in French and proficient in English
