Your team
Behind the scenes you will find various systems, databases and interesting payroll software.

Who are your colleagues? Of course your direct colleagues within the same team from Belgium, Mauritius and Portugal. Together with them you work to achieve your sprint goals. In addition, you will also work with other product teams on the quarterly objectives.

Who are your customers? Both our internal services and many external users.

Your responsibilities

You work together with more experienced colleagues in the squad and will assist in analysis where feasible.
You actively participate in team meetings within the scrum methodology, you are flexible in the tasks you have to perform and very cooperative with the rest of the team.
Achieving the set team goals is important, where necessary you make the right compromises with your colleagues to achieve the goal.
You work together with the product owner and more senior colleagues in your team to refine and evolve the automation tools.

Profile

You are critical and analytical.
You can think things out conceptually and you have a strong analytical and problemsolving ability.
Knowledge sharing, eagerness to learn, drive and flexibility are part of your DNA.
You are fluent in oral and written communication, regardless of the stakeholder (colleague, business, customer,...). You can demonstrate this both in dutch and english.
You have affinity with technical items and data structures. You have basic knowledge of SQL or are willing to learn more about it.
You show initiative, communicate proactively.
You want to be a real team player, who participates in scrum events and lets the group result take precedence.
You have an agile mind, show transparency in your work and adapt your working methods in a changing environment by receiving and giving feedback.
You are resultoriented and see meeting a deadline together with your team as a challenge.
