Education required:

You are regularly
enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in project Management, Engineering university or school with Project management option, Bio Industry (Product/Process/IT) or supply chain management in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

Language requirement:
English, and ideally French

Other requirements:

Project management skills
Capability to work in multicultural environment

- appetite on industrial packaging processes for vaccine products

Biology/pharmacy industry mindset
Knowledge of supply chain process from Raw materials until delivery of finished goods to final customer
Data collection from various source
ERP

Start date:
as soon as possible

Duration:
Between 5 months to 6 months

Requisite:

The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

Remuneration:
according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?:

On our internship program you'll receive tailored on-the-job training from industry experts combined with early responsibility to help you to develop and progress.

Your duties might include:

Having Project management role to support Project/program lead : projects or programs can be related to process standardization/improvements/innovative solution implementation/sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon foot print coming from process

To contribute to business case preparation (scope, Objectives, Benefits estimation, challenges, high level risks identification)
To define project charter/plan & Project Planning definition
To engage stakeholders and packaging sites (Belgium/France/US/Italie)
To do project or packaging network animation (i.e kick off meeting,project followup)
To identify challenges and identify with technical team mitigation plan
To include sustainability aspects on project scope définition
To build the technical action plan with internal/external partners to be ready and associated milestones
