Mission:

As a Business Analyst/Expert BPMN, your mission will involve modeling crucial business processes for the company's transformation projects.

This opportunity provides a balance between on-site work in Gosselies and the flexibility of telecommuting, with a minimum required on-site presence of at least 1 day per week.

You will be responsible for:

Modeling BPMN in the EA Sparx tool.
Adhering to the methodology and governance established by the Enterprise Architecture.
Integrating the modeled processes into the structure of the EA Sparx tool following guidelines.
Retrieving and migrating existing materials (Visio, Word,.ppt, etc.) to Sparx EA.
Meeting with business experts to model their processes.
Organizing, documenting, and facilitating workshops with business representatives.
Analyzing, documenting risks and issues, and reporting them during team meetings.
Determining and monitoring performance and quality indicators in collaboration with the project manager.
Effectively communicating with project stakeholders.
Documenting operational procedures and instructions.
Reporting to the project manager.

We are looking for a motivated professional with the following skills:

Excellent knowledge of BPMN.
Indepth knowledge of the Sparx EA tool (mandatory).
Minimum of 3 years of experience and excellent mastery of process modeling.
Excellent communication skills in French.
Experience in process optimization (Lean).
Relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
Advanced reporting management skills for the project team and management.
Good mastery of Excel.
Experience in developing communication materials.
Experience in change management.
Experience in independently facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
Experience in project management.
