Paulig produces snacks in all kinds of forms: tortilla chips, wraps, spice mixes and salsas, among others.

For this growing and financially healthy company, Adecco is looking for workers who would like to be trained as operators.

Besides the clear and meaningful training program, you will receive a permanent contract with this multinational company after an interim period of maximum 1.5 months.

The hourly wage for this position is very interesting and per day worked you will receive a meal voucher. In addition, Paulig offers some interesting fringe benefits such as hospitalization and dental insurance.

You will be employed in a safe and modern production environment, with an employer who takes your talents into account.

Concretely this means:
You follow a training path from production employee to full operator. During your induction period, your interests and talents will be mapped out. Based on this, you will be given a position in production in which you will excel.

You are responsible for a smooth production process:

You operate and set up the machines.
You ensure that raw and packing materials are always present
You will perform visual and quality checks

Flexible

You can work 2 shifts, night or weekend. You will learn to work on different production lines and change work stations regularly.

You take initiative and have a sense of responsibility

When there is a problem on the production line you want to actively contribute to a solution. You have an eye for quality and want to contribute to the success of our company.

Willing to perform physical labor

You are not afraid of regularly lifting products (up to 20kg).
