Your job in one paragraph

The Employee Experience & HR team, along with Workforce Transformation, Organization Purpose & Strategy and Program & Change Acceleration, is part of Workforce & Organization (W&O) within Capgemini Invent.

All teams work on projects related to workforce and organizational change in the market. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated change in how and where we work.

In addition, the impact that digitalization and technologies such as Automation and AI were already having before COVID-19 is increasing in speed and has profound implications and consequences for the workforce and the nature of work.

More and more organizations are recognizing the importance of a streamlined IT landscape and are adapting the way they work accordingly.

The new normal, therefore, demands more than ever that leaders understand these implications on roles, skills and talents, and create a culture in which continuous development and adaptation are key and the work experience is optimal.

As a manager, you play an active role in the realization of these projects, both nationally and internationally.

Together with the customer, you give shape to an optimal design of the HR function, the HR processes and the corresponding HR-IT solutions.

Then you implement this together with the customer. The associated transformation is an important point of attention for sustainable success.

What will you be doing?

You will lead project teams as project leader or program manager in extensive HR Transformations.
You advise organizations on how to achieve faster, better and more sustainable HR results.
You advise on the design and optimization of the HR strategy and associated processes, but also, for example, on the establishment of HR Target Operating Models.
As a Digital HR expert, you participate in interactive workshops or seminars.
You help colleagues within Capgemini Invent with their development.

The Employee Experience & HR team is a close-knit team of driven and experienced professionals who work together on complex (international) change projects for clients in various industries.

What else do you bring to the table?

A completed WO Master degree.
You have 510 years of relevant work experience. Experience in consultancy is preferred.
You have experience advising on HR topics within leading organizations including HR Target Operating model, HR process design, HR Shared Services, HR Service Delivery Model.
Solid consulting skills and demonstrable experience in guiding and delivering larger projects and transformation programs.
Excellent command of English and either French or Dutch languages. An additional language is of course a plus.
Flexible in terms of location because you will be working at customer sites and from home. If you are open to projects abroad, this is an advantage.
