Job Purpose:
To act as a customer focused and proactive first point of contact for Customers and the external sales team, administrative duties, handling of orders and deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Customer care for the Belgium and Netherlands
- Entry of customer Orders in the system
- Customer data maintenance in the system
- Monitoring Return Processes and raising credit notes
- Dealing with complaints and issues
- Support in marketing related tasks (translation, data sheets, flyers, product catalogs, etc.)
- General support for external Sales Team
- General correspondence and administration and daily telephone calls
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience in Admin
- Strong communication skills
- Solutionoriented approach
- Team player personality and good social skills
- Fluent Dutch/French and good English required
- Confident use of MS-Office and good knowledge of ERP systems
