- Perform daily reconciliation of the bank accounts & check mirror accounts.
- Facilitate and ensure that the different multicurrency cash pools are adequately funded.
- Monitor the in-house bank, execute payments, and track the receipts of funds.
- Ensure adequate funding of group companies through intercompany loans and deposit.
- Coordinate the administration of intragroup loan and deposit (master) agreements.
- Monitor the use of group funding lines (credit facilities, factoring, reverse factoring...).
- Mitigate the group foreign exchange risk through hedging activities (spot, forward, swaps).
- Prepare the monthly treasury reporting duties and participate to monthly closing activities.
- Forecast the group cash-flows based on subsidiaries input.
- Monitor, enhance and update the Treasury Management System.
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in economics or finance.
- Several years of relevant working experience in the finance or treasury department of an international company.
- Hands-on attitude with high professional conduct.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Interest to discover new IT systems, solve issues, or improve the existing IT setup.
- Good communication skills.
