As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions. Your role will focus on understanding user requirements, analysing business processes, and translating needs into clear system specifications.
You will identify areas for improvement, define requirements, and support the optimisation of processes. You will also produce documentation to support development, implementation, and ongoing system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and business rules
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Perform impact analysis for changes and new requirements
- Create and maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment
- Support process optimisation and implementation of improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, IT, or a related field, or relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with process modelling and data analysis
- Knowledge of BPMN
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
