    Wat houdt deze vacature in?

    Zet mee je schouders onder gegevensbescherming: van GDPR tot elk ander privacy-gerelateerd topic van vandaag en morgen. Binnen ons team ondersteun je collega's van KBC België én beantwoord je vragen van klanten rond hun data privacy.

    Als expert werk je nauw samen met de GDPR-specialisten in je team, juristen van Legal, collega's van Compliance, projectleiders en werkgroepen Marketing. Zij rekenen op jouw advies en hulp om op een wettelijke, ethisch correcte manier om te gaan met gegevens. Ondertussen leer jij hun context en uitdagingen kennen. Interessant

    Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Tijdens projecten geef je collega's advies rond privacybescherming en begeleid je interne product owners bij de implementatie.
  • Worden persoonlijke gegevens gebruikt in een project? Jij laat weten of er een Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA), Data Protection Impact Assesment (DPIA) of Balancing test (BT) moet gebeuren.
  • Je bewaakt het privacy-beleid van KBC en vertaalt het naar how-to's. Zo weten collega's hoe ze het beleid effectief kunnen en moeten toepassen. Doen ze dat ook op een correcte manier? In alle processen en procedures? Zijn er incidenten? Jij volgt het op.
  • Als een echte ambassadeur voor gegevensbescherming werk je aan de verdere bewustwording van collega's rond data privacy topics.
  • Samen met collega's zoek je uit waar we minder gegevens kunnen uitwisselen met partners.

    • Jouw troeven?

  • Je wil je inzetten voor data privacy en je hier (verder) in verdiepen. Innovaties en wetgeving volgen op dit gebied? Doe je met plezier, wellicht nu al.
  • Ook in een snel veranderende omgeving lukt het je om de focus te behouden. Je gaat gericht op doel af en omarmt nieuwe opportuniteiten of oplossingen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid motiveert je. Geen probleem voor jou om knopen door te hakken.
  • Je communiceert helder, respectvol en overtuigend in het Nederlands en Engels. Visies en belangen van verschillende stakeholders verzoenen? Een impactvolle presentatie maken? Het lukt je vlot. Kan je dat ook in het Frans? Nog beter Maar geen must.
  • Jouw aanpak? Creatief, pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht. Collega's voelen snel aan dat je constructief met hen meedenkt en hun noden begrijpt.
