Sopra Steria is looking for a
Junior SOC Analyst.

As a
Junior SOC Analyst, you will work alongside our experienced team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the security of our systems.

You will be jointly responsible for monitoring and analyzing security incidents, and taking appropriate measures to prevent potential incidents.

Your mission:

Monitoring and analyzing security incidents in realtime using SIEM and SOAR tools and other security technologies.
Investigating suspicious activities and identifying potential security breaches.
Collaborating with the team to respond to and recover from security incidents.
Maintaining and improving procedures and documentation related to incident response.
Continuously developing your knowledge and skills in the field of cybersecurity.

Your qualifications:

A degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field or equivalent through work experience.
A strong passion for technology, cybersecurity, and related topics.
Basic knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity concepts.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn and develop in a fastchanging environment.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Proficiency in both Dutch and French.
