    For our client Johnson & Johnson in Antwerp (Beerse) we're looking for a Coordinator to join the team. Full Spectrum Lab Services from CBRE offers a professional suite of services to a variety of clients in the life sciences industry, including those in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, and genomics, as well as contract research organizations (CROs) and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs).Our comprehensive range of services includes laboratory consulting, real estate services, instrumentation repair and maintenance, full asset management, and more—covering the entire spectrum of life sciences facilities. With expertise across various life sciences categories, CBRE is a leader in managing highly-regulated spaces within the industry. About the role The Life Cycle Instrument Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of laboratory equipment within the region. What you'll do

    • Coordinate purchasing, installation, maintenance, tracking and disposal of lab equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, support inventory management, training on lab equipment use and liaise with suppliers and vendors.
    • Support budgeting efforts and cost analysis related to assets.
    • Responsible for the asset redeployment/disposal/sale programming.
    • CAPEx/redeployment oversight and integration.
    • Responsible for managing lifecycle impact from CAPEx RFI to re-sale/disposal
    • Integrate sharing, redeployment, and resale value-tracking into analytics with Lab Equipment partner or CBREWhat you'll need
    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred. Minimum of 2 years related analytics or coordinator experience
    • Experience in lab equipment management and inventory control.
    • Knowledge of lab equipment lifecycle stages, from procurement to disposal.
    • Familiarity with maintenance scheduling and safety regulations.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
    • Experience with data management software.
    • Background in coordinating with different departments for lab equipment needs.
    • Understanding of budgeting and cost management.
    • Experience in conducting lab equipment audits and generating reports.
    Other skills and abilities

    • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
    • Understanding of lab equipment lifecycle management and knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures
    • Familiarity with inventory management software
    • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to manage and prioritize tasks
    • Basic understanding of financial principles and budgeting
