Job summary
The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance. A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post At least 2 years' experience designing, implementing managing and optimizing collaboration tools and platforms within a digital ecosystem of an organization Experience deploying communication and collaboration software such as video conferencing systems team messaging applications document sharing platforms Proven experience in configuration operation Voice VTC core systems end devices Proven experience deployment configuration security features voice VTC domains TLS PKI IPSec etc Excellent troubleshooting skills methodical approach resolving QoS technical issues complex IP networks Excellent knowledge SIP H323 PSTN signalling protocols Good working knowledge virtualization cloud technologies Experience providing end users support Certified ITIL FoundationFunctieomschrijving
