You have a passion for driving success using data & insights? You are able to think in a commercial way while at the same time (wanting to build) understanding analytics & dashboarding and are able to connect business goals with technology/data development? You are eager to cobuild the OOH strategy based on data insights? Then you are the person we are looking for.


We are looking for an enthusiastic & knowledgeable manager to take over the transformation, structuring and translation of data into insights for the OOH team.

You will continue the execution of the digital selling projects that are on going on and to start up the digital projects that are in the pipeline.


Therefore, it's important that you communicate well & drive perfect execution in collaboration with the sales teams and lead the digital transformation within our business.

You will be the liaison between management, sales teams & data experts (internal & external).


You will be part of the Ice Cream & Ice Tea family and an important member of the Out of Home team.

Out of Home represents 15% of the Unilever Belux business and 29% within the Unilever Belux Ice Cream & Ready to drink business.

The OOH business excels thanks to very strong brands, strong marketing support and an experienced sales team. Our OOH business consists of 27% ice cream, 70% beverages and 3% foods. The brands we have in our portfolio are Lipton Ice Tea, Ola, Ben & Jerry's, Zwan, etc. We hold a market leader position in most markets in which we operate.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing the data & digital OOH team 1 FTE + 1 intern are part of your team You determine the agenda of the team & how tasks are divided between you. Data driven Execution, Channel development & Strategy:
  • You manage and optimize the process of data collection & processing. This includes data bought from our individual customers, CRM data and externally bought market data.
You provide the right data driven insights to increase our channel footprint & co
develop the OOH strategy together with the OOH leads for all categories. This strengthened by working closely with the CSP teams. With your team you develop/maintain dashboards that help drive perfect execution and followup of the OOH team. Your main task is to produce directional insights and ensure they are used by the sales teams. With these insights you will be enabling data driven decision making throughout the whole OOH sales organization. Improve efficiency of our field team with the right data Driving the digital transformation agenda by managing and developing digital selling tools. Continue the rollout of our digital selling platform Improving the adoptions rate with the help of our field teams and ensure an optimal customer experience on the platform. Further build & improve the current digital tools to make sure they answer to Unilever's, customers & outlet needs. Collaborate with European DT teams to identify new digital tools that add value in the OOH commercial strategy. Interact with customers to gather information on industry developments and to identify opportunities. Interact with technical teams to rollout data lake and make automated models to predict high potential prospects Interact with (external) technical teams to maintain and optimize current tools/databaseYOUR KEY CONNECTIONS Your team Lead OOH Lead Ice Cream OOH Lead Beverages OOH Field manager OOH NL & external teams providing support to digital tools in Belgium

Effective communicator, able to deal with multiple key, internal and external, stakeholders You have experience with automated data collection and processing on a large scale. Advanced Excel and Power Bi skills Technical interest in programming languages, data transformation, machine learning, regression models
