For our Telecom department in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced HR BP to support the department and to help build a future-proof talent policy.

As HR BP you report to the Group HR Director and you have the following responsibilities:

  • You help to develop and roll out a talent policy for the Telecom department: Learning & development, Compensation & Benefits, Culture,
  • You work together with the various entities on the "One Amadys" harmonization process and thus help to arrive at one shared HR policy
  • You help implement a new HR system and ensure uptodate personnel data
  • You work together with our recruiter to attract and select the right profiles for the Telecom department
  • You are the contact point for the managers and employees of the Telecom department for HR related matters: followup of HR objectives, career paths, development of training, questions
  • You ensure that social legislation is correctly applied and you stay informed of current legal developments

Profile:


  • You have a master's degree in economics, psychology or similar
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, experience in telecom is a plus
  • You have good communication skills, can interact with employees at different levels and you have good negotiation and consultation skills
  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently
  • You like a lot of variety and to keep many balls in the air at the same time, but you don't lose the overview
  • You are handson and a real problem solver and you like an environment in motion where you can make your own mark in a new international HR team
  • You like to be busy with highly operational matters one moment, and the next you want to help build more policyrelated matters
  • You are available at short notice
