We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join a pharmaceutical company.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in harnessing the power of data to drive insights, support decision-making processes, and contribute to advancements in drug discovery and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Exploration and Preprocessing:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and identify relevant sources.
Cleanse, preprocess, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.

AI Model Development and Optimization:

Utilise machine learning techniques to extract meaningful patterns and insights from structured and unstructured data.

Data Visualisation:

Create clear and compelling visualisations to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Generate dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and trends.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with data scientists, bio statisticians, and domain experts to understand business challenges and formulate datadriven solutions.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to diverse audiences, fostering a datadriven decisionmaking culture.

Qualifications:

Having a bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 years of proven experience in data analysis and AI model development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or health care sector.
Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R, and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis techniques.
Experience with tools for data visualisation, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
