eTheRNA immunotherapies was founded in 2013.

General job description:
  • The Receptionist is responsible for the good operation in the Niel office and is as such responsible for general administrative and support activities of the Niel site. This person will also have the possibility to influence the office in Ghent.
She/he/them will report to the VP HR.


Responsibilities and Duties:

The
Receptionist's duties shall include, but not be limited to:

  • General Reception activities
Managing postal traffic and shipments

  • Point of contact for facility and infrastructure related matters (managing access control, communication to the facility manager, manager meeting rooms,)
  • General key and access batch management
  • Efficient phone management
  • Filing and organization of important company documentation
General support
Coordinate administrative tasks by onboarding or offboarding of colleagues/consultants/

  • Managing the day to day operations of the office
  • Managing the meeting rooms
  • Participate in/organize hospitality arrangements (soup, sweets, lunch,.
..)
Managing purchasing activities of office and kitchen supplies, including repairs, refurbishing of general office areas and cafeteria, printer management,
Supplier selection and price negotiation

  • Make purchase orders, get approval and place the order
  • Follow up the logistic flow of orders (receipt and registration of goods)
  • Processing and filing of order forms and delivery notes
Other purchasing activities
Booking received orders in the system (non-own placed orders)
Logistics support
Supporting the Supply Chain Coordinator in the administrative handling of the goods receipt

  • Preparing, taking care and follow up on shipments

Job requirements:


Education:

Diploma secondary education in Administration or Business Support grade, a higher degree is a plus.


Experience:

Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar job
