Beschrijving
We are looking for an Operations Director for our client, a company in the Limburg region who manufacture and sell polymer products for the photovoltaic solar energy indystry.
The product range includes conductive solar cell sheets and other various polymer products.
The Operations Director manages the Manufacturing and Demand & Supply Chain Management (DSCM) departments, to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
He/she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of their team, planning for future growth and changes in the operations.
- You have at least a Bachelors degree in this vein or equivalent experience
- You have a manufacturing and supervisory experience, at least 10 years
- You have a knowledge and experiences with ERP systems and Lean Six Sigma or similar programs
- Being a manager should not scare you off, you work communicatively and problemsolving and have an eye for quality
