- Het Group Datacenter Network Team focust op switching & routing, DDI en network management.
- Het Group Datacenter Network Security Team focust op firewalling.
- Het Group Datacenter Network Application Delivery Team werkt aan load balancing, volumetrische DDoS bescherming, secure web gateways en netwerkbeheer/-visibiliteit.
- Je werkt samen met business stakeholders (je interne klanten), IT-architects en system engineers uit andere teams in projecten rond infrastructure en security . Je bijdrage gaat van analyse of ontwerp tot implementatie en testing.
- Net als je collega's heb je algemene kennis over CCNA/CCNP en een specifieke expertise. De jouwe wordt Load Balancing en volumetric DDOS protection met F5-technologie (op niveau van infrastructure setup, network design en object configurations).
- Je bent betrokken bij het dagelijks beheer van verschillende telecommunicatie- en veiligheidscomponenten . Denk aan een setup, configuratie, capaciteitsbeheer, nieuwe versies of functionaliteiten opvolgen, veiligheidsrisico's oplossen of componenten integreren in de bestaande infrastructuur.
- Zijn er nieuwe technische mogelijkheden? Jij onderzoekt graag of ze een deel van ons werk kunnen optimaliseren of automatiseren .
- Je analyseert problemen, zodat we incidenten snel kunnen oplossen. Zo draag je ook bij tot continuous improvement.
- Je werkt mee aan een self-service-aanbod voor onze interne klanten. Elke eenvoudige taak die zij zelf kunnen regelen, maakt tijd vrij bij jou voor meer uitdagende taken.
- Buiten de kantooruren werken we met een beurtrol voor dringende support , jij stapt daar mee in.
- Gaandeweg neem je ook andere verantwoordelijkheden op en evolueer je naar een coördinerende rol.
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma IT en/of een aantal jaren relevante werkervaring. Je kijkt ernaar uit om een carrière uit te bouwen in het domein Network & Security.
- Analyseren is één van je absolute sterktes.
- Verantwoordelijkheid motiveert je om je werk efficiënt te organiseren en prioriteiten te stellen. Tegelijk werk je graag samen met anderen en kan je delegeren.
- Je communiceert helder in het Engels . Assertief of diplomatisch? Het lukt je vlot.
- Net als je collega's focus je op resultaat en constructief samenwerken .
- Je hebt zeer goede kennis van en/of ervaring met F5 : LTM/DNS(GSLB) System & app services automation (Ansible/AS3) AFM/DHD (L3-L4 DDOS)
- Je bent ook goed vertrouwd met forward proxy tooling zoals Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway of gelijkaardig.
