Automation of Supply Chain for clients Outside Plant, The project has as objective to automate the Supply Chain for the materials used to construct the clients network.

An App will be developed to scan delivery documents and to retrieve and update the stock in the main outside warehouse.

Role Description

You will be developing the app for Android running on a scanner, integrating with Back End ERP and other API eg for Optical Character Recognition.

We work in an Agile environment using a customized scrum framework.

The team you will be joining has an Epic Owner who will help you to collaborate with other teams, facilitate your work, and guide you through your journey.

Design, develop and implement Android App
Continuously coordinate with other developers in the team

Experience:

Required Technical Skills

Must have experience in developing Android APP including
Screen development and navigation between screens
Backend API Calls in a secured way (Certificates/Access token)
Upload to the Google Play Store
OS functionalities
Hardware functionalities of scanner/devices like: the scanner (bar/QR code recognition), the camera, the GPS,

Nice to have skills - Experience with Zebra (TC57) scanners is a plus - Familiar with the development tools like Google Android Studio - Able to use the InAppBrower plugin to make appearing a UI login screen - Able to manage synchronous and asynchronous API calls.

Familiar with notions of user profiles/authorizations and based on that with the screen navigations within the mobile APP
A plus: has already been developing Mobile APP related to supply chain management at inventory level and at warehouse management familiar with notions of purchase order, inbound deliveries, transport order, delivery notes Location

The Person has to come physically for working in the building in Schaarbeek Belgium when needed. (max 2 days a week).

Languages Fluent in English any French or Dutch language skills are a plus.
