Your mission:

You will join our technical team (composed of 5 people) to actively contribute to its mission of maintaining buildings, installations and equipment, all within modern infrastructures, in an innovative sector active in the field of human and veterinary health.

Initially, your skills in industrial electricity will be mobilized you will carry out work to bring our electrical installations into compliance with the reports of the inspection bodies in the LVBs. You will carry out, if necessary, the restoration of conformity of the electrical diagrams on CAD.
You carry out and supervise the daily operation of various installations (HVAC, electricity and hydraulics) and report to the Facilities & Technical Manager.
You will ensure that our installations run smoothly in terms of stability and operating costs.
In the event of an incident, we can count on your pragmatic approach to ensure that the installations are restored as quickly as possible.
You support innovation by capturing ideas and initiate improvements at all levels in terms of preventive and predictive maintenance.
You contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of processes through the development of new technologies.
You participate, if necessary, in maintenance work as a backup to internal/external teams.

Your profile:

You have a bachelor's degree in industrial electromechanics
HVAC, an industrial engineering degree and/or equivalent experience.
You have a mastery of the RGIE Industry.
You have a good command of IT tools (CAD electricity, Excel, EPlan Electrical, etc.).
You are familiar with computer networks (communication protocols).
You have an ability to analyze and solve problems (pragmatic approach).
You are autonomous and rigorous in your work.
You are flexible and available within the scope of the function.
For the needs of the service, you are domiciled at maximum 3040 min from MarcheenFamenne.
The elements that will bring a plus to your profile:
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
Knowledge of the PLC environment (S7 and PX).
A mastery of Siemens PLCs and its BMS tools.
