    Binnen het Transversal Services Team werk je als Platform Owner voor een aantal core IT Systems van ons landschap. Deze platformen zijn recent in de organisatie geïntroduceerd waardoor je werk een mix zal zijn van het uitdragen van de rol van de component in de IT Reference Architectuur, het opstarten van een supporting team bij onze partner en het uitvoeren van de noodzakelijke continuous improvements van het platform. Naast deze nieuwe platformen, beheren we nog een aantal oudere building blocks waar de focus eerder op lifecycle management zal liggen. Het betreft hier vrij technische applicaties, waardoor we op zoek zijn naar een technisch profiel.

  • Je brengt de behoeften van de Ypto organisatie op vlak van de platform(en) waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent in kaart en documenteert ze.
  • Je vertaalt deze behoeften naar concrete functionele en non-functionele specificaties.
  • Je bent de vertegenwoordiger van Ypto bij de partner en zodoende verantwoordelijk voor de prioritisering van de backlog die er bestaat voor je platformen. Je bent als het ware de interne product owner voor dit platform.
  • Je documenteert de oplossingen ten dele en zorgt dat de documentatie up-to-date is.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met gebruikers, leveranciers en andere stakeholders om de nodige roadmaps (verbeteringen, bugs, incidenten) te kunnen opstellen en beheren.
  • Als expert van de platformen die jij beheert, ben je het aanspreekpunt voor interne collega's en assisteer je als L4 de partner support teams.
  • Je waakt op elk moment over de samenhang met bestaande business en solution architectuur en overlegt indien nodig met de Enterprise, System en Solution Architecten.
  • Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van testscenario's, aan functionele testen en data cleaning.

    • Vereisten

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie (Application Owner, Technical Analyst, ...)
  • Kennis van en ervaring met Agile Scrum
  • Een goeie all-round technisch expertise in een container Platform gabseerd op Kubernetes en Rancher
  • Development ervaring van 2 jaar in ofwel .Net of JAVA – vooral in de ontwikkeling van services/API's.
  • Ervaring met andere IT4IT systems (queueing systemen, reporting systemen, ESB,API Platform...) – als gebruiker of als application owner of platform owner
  • Goede kennis Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven – kennis van één van de landstalen is noodzakelijk (Nederlands of Frans)
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden
  • Methodisch, nauwkeurig en zin voor detail
  • Proactief ingesteld, sterk probleemoplossend en praktijkgericht, georganiseerd
