About Our Client:

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in Brussels. They are committed to delivering high-quality products/services and meeting the demands of our ever-expanding customer base.

To help us optimize our operations and ensure we meet customer expectations, we are seeking a talented Demand Analyst to join our team.


Demand Forecasting:
Use historical data, market trends, and customer insights to develop accurate demand forecasts for our products/services. Continuously refine and improve forecasting models.


Inventory Management:

Work closely with the supply chain and inventory teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing stockouts and excess inventory.


Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to gather input and align demand forecasts with company strategies.


Demand Planning:
Develop demand plans and scenarios, considering factors such as promotions, seasonality, and new product launches.


The Successful Applicant:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in demand forecasting, data analysis, or a similar role in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with ERP and demand planning software is a plus.
