Your role:


  • The Talent Management as well as the Staff Development will be in your hands. You will take care of the Talent Acquisition, Development and Retainment of the employees meaning you will shape the performance and development systems for all employees. You will design and support the company talent frameworks and will be the leading person for the Staff Development and Training
  • You will organize the Payroll process and everything related to it ( Administration, preparation and employee support) as well as managing the operational HRwork; entry to exit
  • You are also taking care of the employee relations and management.
  • You are going to manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
  • You will advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them
  • You are going to create company regulations and corporate culture

Your skills:


  • You have a master's degree in human resource management or a comparable education, solid experience in a generalist HR function, extensive Employment legislation knowledge and sound knowledge of the instruments of modern HR work.
  • You have experience with Social Partners (Trade Unions and/or Works Council).
  • You are resilient in a change context and able to shape it.
  • You switch quickly between strategic and operational thinking and acting and know how to translate strategic concepts pragmatically to the organization.
  • You have a projectbased approach and monitor deadlines.
  • Thanks to your strong interpersonal skills, you generate impact and involve all stakeholders in developing and implementing an HR policy.
  • You have excellent IT skills.
  • Preferably, you have experience in an M&A context and integrating/aligning companies.
  • You are Dutchspeaking and fluent in French and English.
