    Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of portfolio managers in the development and implementation of investment strategies for discretionary and advisory portfolios;
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of market conditions, economic trends and risk factors to make informed investment decisions and make recommendations towards the Investment Committee and Strategic Asset Allocation Committee;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and best practices in portfolio management to ensure the portfolio is aligned with industry standards;
  • Continuously monitor portfolio performance and make necessary adjustments to meet investment goals and objectives, as well as constraints (regulatory, risk framework, ESG);
  • Provide training and support to portfolio managers and other team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute investment strategies;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and relationship managers, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service;
  • Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance and trends to C-level.
  • Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Master's degree in finance, economics or related field;
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the asset management industry, with experience in portfolio management;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and coach a team of professionals and young talents;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful investment strategies;
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the portfolio management industry;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
