Choose life, choose work, choose AGO Functieomschrijving Voor een wereldspeler op het gebied van productie en distributie van cosmetische huidverzorgingsproducten, make-up, parfums en haarverzorgingsproducten, gevestigd in Oevel, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een QC Lab Analyst Level II (raw materials) voor in 2-ploegen.Takenpakket:
Uitvoeren van QC-laboratoriumtests:
- Assisteren bij het uitvoeren van onderzoeken naar Out-of-Specification (OOS) en afwijkingen, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA's), en documentbeheer. Je bewaakt kritische controleparameters en rapporteert belangrijke problemen aan je leidinggevende.
- Administratieve voorbereiding van monstername en uitvoering van relevante tests.
- Uitvoeren van zowel routinematige als niet-routinematige analyses op grondstoffen volgens vastgestelde specificaties.
Data review en controle van testresultaten:
- Testgegevens en resultaten beoordelen volgens de GMP en GDP richtlijnen.
Onderzoeken:
- Identificeren van kwaliteitsproblemen en rapporteren aan leidinggevende.
- Ondersteuning van het Quality Management System (QMS) voor het laboratorium, inclusief het initiëren en uitvoeren van OOS- en afwijkingsonderzoeken, en bijdragen aan CAPA's en veranderingen.
Administratie:
- Het documenteren van procedures en ondersteuning bij het opstellen van nieuwe documenten. Profiel - Bij voorkeur beschik je over een Bachelor in Chemie, Biochemie of Microbiologie, of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens één jaar ervaring in een laboratorium. Ervaring met GMP is een plus
- Je bent in staat om zelfstandig en nauwkeurig te werken, en volgt procedures nauwgezet op.
- Kritisch denken is één van je sterke punten en je hebt oog voor detail.
- Bij voorkeur heb je kennis van MS Office en SAP-systemen.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in zowel spreken als schrijven.
- Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken. Aanbod - Snelle opstart.
