Deviation Capa Specialist

Our partner is looking for a
Deviation Capa Specialist to join its team. This international company is well-known for its pharmaceuticals.


What are your responsibilities ?
The Deviation/CAPA Specialist assures the overall quality and effectiveness of the deviation and CAPA process within our MPU by:

  • Being tesponsible for the effectiveness of the Deviation and CAPA processes
  • Ensuring certification and decertification process is in place and in use within the MPU for those managing deviations
  • Ensuring adequate Key Performance Indicators and processes ( i.e. tier meeting, deviation review board,) are in place and in use to monitor, track, and drive progress with respect to i.e. human errors, recurrent deviations, deviation overdue, CAPA overdue, CAPA efficiency and CAPA effectiveness checks
  • Escalading risks, problems, proposing action plans to Leadership Management Team for decisions regarding deviations & CAPA
  • Analyzing, leading and coordinating coaching or mentoring based on individuals' needs and business requirements, i.e. new standards, transversal procedure, etc
  • Evaluating applicability of best practices (deviations & CAPA) within the MPU and provide proactive feedback for their implementation and use
  • Being the local operational expert of the deviation and CAPA process and act as a coach for "deviation fronter" during inspections

Let's talk about you

  • You hold a master's degree n Life Sciences
  • You have at least 5 years experience in CAPA / Deviations
  • You have a previous experience in GMP
  • You speak French and English
