Eager to drive SAP projects in an international supply chain environment?

As SAP Lead you will act as a key driver to implement system best practices, to manage regional SAP projects and to support global projects, while liaising between US HQ & EA region.

You seek actively for business improvements and promote SAP changes that would positively influence the operational performance of our organization.

You lead the (small) EA SAP team in daily support activities and challenging projects with a hands-on approach, ensuring business continuity of SAP.

You act as a 3rd line support in the day-to-day SAP business activities, keep documentation up-to-date, foster knowledge sharing and give SAP training to the SAP user community.

Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Computer Science (or equivalent by experience).
510 years' experience in SAP business analysis, preferably with modules SD, MM, LE and APO, including customizing and proven analytical work experience in a supply chain environment.
First experience in leading a team.
First experience in S/4HANA is a plus.
Knowledge and/or experience in EDI and interfaces, SAP PP, SAP PM, PowerBI and TOPdesk or another helpdesk ticketing system is a plus.
With your strong process thinking and proactive approach, you formulate sustainable solutions and structure projects efficiently.
As a service minded business partner and coach, you offer tailormade advice with impact and guide your team in motivating way.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
You succeed to deliver qualitive project outcomes by your perseverance and innovative mindset.
