Job Mission and main objectives

As a Sales Performance Manager (SPM) you will focus on driving more optimal sales performances with tools and metrics, driving best practices.

These will be used for benchmarking, producing superior results and offer competitive advantages to the company.

Your main focus will consist out of quota setting, territory management, training, hiring and sales coaching.

Additionally, the SPM will instill a focus on increasing performance with a continuous process of optimizing sales effectiveness plus analytics.

Ultimately the SPM will generate repeatable and predictable revenue, increasing productivity, streamlining sales processes, and driving desired sales behaviors to achieve the best results.

This role would be well suited to an experienced Sales Performance Manager with a successful sales background and a strong sense of ownership.

Profile

Bachelor degree and/or MSc.

5+ years of field / dealer and/or product background

Extensive nurturing / farming background
Extensive Sales background
Strong sense of ownership
Problem solving capabilities
Customer centric, demanding
Self-reliant, organized, proactive and flexible
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams...)
Advanced knowledge in Dutch and French as well as advanced knowledge in English
Driving license (mandatory)
