We are looking for a new colleague to lead our sales efforts to achieve goals within our Explosion Protection sales.
As a Manager EP Sales and Business Development you will build and lead a team of inside and outside sales engineers and business development managers.
You will work to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new customer relationships in order to grow the customer base.
Aside from this your focus will be to:
actively monitor market opportunities and translate them into strategic goals for the defined region
develop growth strategies which can involve new technolgoies, new market opportunities, distribution channels, acquisitions, and/or strategic partnerships for Fike's explosion protection business
work with the applciations, customer service and service teams to ensure the necessary processes ar in place, and followed, to enhance collaboration, efficiency and customer satisfaction
work with product management and marketing to recommend product or service enhancements and marketing campaigns to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
participate in sales forecasting activities

Job requirments:
bachelor's degree marketing, engineering business or related discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
5 years of professsionale experience
expert knowledge of explosion protection systems and markets
demonstration of commerial successes with an emphasis on consultive selling and managing commercial teams
ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills
must be fluent in English, both verbally and written, knowledge of at least one other language such as Dutch, German, French or Italian
proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite and Salesforce
