We assist a wide range of large industrial companies, international banks, institutions or consulting firms as well as local startups and SME's.
At AION Consulting, we believe in new ways of working based on decentralized management in which responsibilities and decision-making powers are distributed throughout self-organizing teams rather than being vested in a classic management hierarchy.
- As a
Senior Consultant you will accompany the firm in its projects and the assessment of business, economic and financial trends through our various consulting solutions. Thanks to your professionalism and your exceptional soft skills, you will deal with many challenges that will allow AION Consulting to pursue its growth.
What will you do- Analyze client needs, issues and challenges in process analysis, mapping and improvement but also in agile project management;
- Contribute to understanding trends, creating analyses, and generating insights;
- Scan the competitive and industry landscape for developments;
- Synthesize developments into focused understanding, insights, and guidance for future strategic moves;
- Defines and implements new processes or parts of processes;
- Makes the necessary changes to existing processes and engage your stakeholders;
- Continuously seeks to improve existing processes in terms of customer satisfaction, efficiency and risks;
- Monitors and regularly evaluates the existing processes (based on key figures, customer complaints,...) to identify potential improvements;
- Maintains relationships and communicates in a timely manner with the various stakeholders;
- Deliver presentations to key stakeholders to illustrate competitive and industry dynamics and the interplay between these elements;
- Proactively identify and contact prospects and future clients;
- Promote and implement new ways of working on our market by supporting our activities and participating to external and internal events ;
- Analyze and improve existing processes and ways of working ;
- Be part of the company board, make concrete decisions and be a game changer within AION Consulting.
- What are we looking for ?
- Master degree in Strategy, Management, Consulting, Entrepreneurship or Digital
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Strategy or Management Consulting;
- Fluent in, with a and an excellent level in English;
- Strong technical writing skills and experience with process modeling and agile techniques and methodologies
- Good expertise in MS Office, with process modeling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ;
- Willing to work in fastevolving environment and in a startup context ;
- Not afraid of responsibility and decisionmaking ;
- Resilient in recovering from setbacks and skilled at finding detours around obstacles ;
