For one of our clients in Belgium, we are looking for a
Testing Manager/Coordinator. Who will be responsible for IT systems testing management and testing execution (General Information Systems, Websites). He / She manages, executes and follows up of IT testing (i.e. functional and non-functional testing activities)

Responsibilities:

IT Testing Manager will be in charge to manage testing of IT systems:
Help establish testing strategy with the Testing Lead for specific project in scope
Write or contribute to related GxP documentations (testing plan and report,)
Manage testing planning and coordinate resources when needed
Set up, design and execute test scripts (functional and nonfunctional) using appropriate testing tools

Requirements:

Experience working in the Pharma/Financial industries is a plus
Good knowledge of Computerized System Validation
Knowledge of Computerized Testing Processes and Good Practices (e.g. ISTQB certification, TMAP)
Knowledge of functional and nonfunctional manual testing
Good Knowledge of project management processes
Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile methodology
Robust organization, structure and planning within the day to day work activities;
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Service/customerminded
Proactive
