Position Summary
As Marketing Officer you will join our dynamic and international marketing team in our HQ in Mechelen (Belgium). You will support them and our sales teams across 10 European countries.

The Role include:

The events: Management of B2B trade fairs from A to Z (planning / negotiation with stakeholders such as booth vendor, fair organizer, hostess agency / logistics / team management)
Creation: Design of leaflets, catalog management, inventory/stock check, communication and negotiation with our warehouse
Social Media: creating and overseeing social campaigns (free and paid), monitoring and analysis of results, developing strategies to increase followers, being on top of latest social media trends
Telemarketing: Monitoring cold calls, following the conversation and improve the communication/approach towards customers, reporting and motivating telemarketing team to achieve their targets

SEO/SEA, Data analysis, product line management and much more

What do we require?

A high interest in learning more about B2B marketing
An educational background or first working experience in Marketing is considered a plus
Strong Team Player
A strategic mindset with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and organizational skill
Able to track metrics and derive actionable insights
Attention to detail
Knowledge of design and editing tools is preferred (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier,)
Background with incoming/cold calls
First experience in social media management
Knowledge of English (Business Proficiency)
Fluency in any of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian
Good knowledge of MS Office
