Scitech has a fantastic opportunity available for an Architectural and MEP BIM-CAD Design Lead.

In this role you will be part of innovative projects in Pharma, Biotech and Life Sciences, working in our Continental Europe team in Antwerp.

This opportunity comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

In this Lead role, some of your responsibilities will be:

• Architectural, civil and MEP technical design work on projects.
• Liaising with and assist architects, engineers, and designers in producing 3D models, 2D drawings and design solutions.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
• Creating and uploading new Revit projects to BIM and understanding the BIM collaboration platform.
• Architectural Design Lead experience with a suitable technical qualification e.g. either a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
• Relevant production experience in design, drafting or engineering.
• Have firsthand knowledge/experience of current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be fluent in English for both written and verbal communication and fluent in Dutch (or willing to learn), fluency in French will be advantageous.
• Be a dynamic, selfmotivated, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a team.
