Job description
We are looking for a operations coordinator for a company located in Zaventem.
You support daily operations, ensure that administrative processes run as smoothly as possible and assist with various operational tasks to optimize efficiency.
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the administrative process of the logistics flow: invoice processing, creating purchase orders and keeping track of fines and seizures of our vehicles.
- You will support daily operational tasks by working closely with our drivers to address incoming complaints, plan their daily routes and assign them specific tasks.
- You will work closely with the Operations Manager to place orders for parts, tools and provide warehouse support as needed.
- You work from Zaventem but occasionally also provide administrative support for the sites in Antwerp and Rotterdam (you do not have to travel for this).

Your profile:
You have already worked in an administrative position, preferably in the logistics sector.
You have a very good knowledge of English and a good knowledge of French. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
You can work smoothly with the computer, including with programs such as Excel/Google Sheet to manage data and generate reports.
You perform well with deadlines.
