Your Mission:

As Growth Manager at Electra, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our EV charging network.

Your primary responsibility will be to craft and execute comprehensive growth strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving user adoption, and bolstering revenues.


In this capacity, you will:

Develop and implement a results-driven growth actions and strategies that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Leverage communication (PR agency, Social media, Facebook community) and marketing channels (partnerships, online / offline marketing) to build the #1 EV charging brand in Belgium & Luxembourg.

Build and nurture strategic partnerships with large EV fleets (Taxi, Car rental, Last mile delivery) and other relevant partners to increase our revenue.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.

Work hand in hand with central marketing teams running CRM, paid campaigns and promotions to adapt the strategy to your local context and maximise their impact


Desired Profile:


  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Commercial roles: you've to be comfortable with marketing related topics and you've a good commercial attitude.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
  • You have good commercial skills, and you feel comfortable in pitching and making deals with main automotive players (fleets, car sharing, taxi, etc ).
  • You love numbers, you are analytical and businessfocused; you know how to use data to inform your decisions.
  • You are structured and you can articulate complex issues in a simple way to convey impactful messages.
  • You excel in stakeholder management and project management.
  • You demonstrate autonomy and initiative in exploring new initiatives.
  • Nice to have : a first experience in a company in the energy sector or a close to Electra's related field would be a great advantage OR a strong interest in emobility or energy field
