    Client Operator at Unizone - Bruxelles

    You want to use your administrative skills to advise and assist our clients? Are you looking for a peaceful work environment with regular working hours? If so, this job offer is perfect for you.

    What are your tasks?

    As a Client Operator, you are responsible for the administrative management of a portfolio of clients consisting of businesses: managing addresses, contact details, ...

    You are also responsible for updating clients' personnel lists.

    Based on these accurate personnel lists, you schedule clients' personnel for a medical consultation with the occupational physician. In this context, you ensure that the consultation slots are optimally filled, and if necessary, you make adjustments.

    You respond to clients' inquiries via email and telephone.

    In carrying out your tasks, you are in close contact with our clients, occupational physicians, and nurses. You also collaborate with the Regional Administrator and the Operations Manager.

    Who are you?

  • You are proficient in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of the second language
  • You want to develop your skills in an administrative role
  • You place great importance on quality in your work. You demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and always think in terms of solutions
  • You are respectful of procedures and follow-up agreements
  • You have a flexible and stress-resistant mindset and exhibit a positive and pleasant demeanor
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • You place great importance on developing a strong team spirit and actively contribute to it

  • A full-time permanent contract of 36 hours/week. We value work-life balance. Therefore, we provide 24 RTT days in addition to the 20 legal holidays.
